Sales and delivery

For participation in a workshop, payment must be completed before the start of the workshop, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Payment can be made via direct online payment, invoice, valid gift card, or in cash at the start of the workshop.
If payment has not been received before the start of the workshop, Senang Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the booking or deny access to the workshop.

The experience ticket and order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the experience ticket is transferred to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

When you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket is always sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly and get help.

Responsibility for the experience ticket is transferred to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket by email, and you should therefore check as soon as possible whether the content of the email and the experience ticket matches the order and order confirmation.

Prices

Experience gift card

Our gift card is a gift card for a specified amount that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not observed.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel
If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, you can cancel free of charge by contacting Senang Jewellery directly. You may also choose to receive a gift card equal to the amount paid.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the workshop, cancellation is no longer fully refundable. Please note that our workshops involve preparations and associated costs. Therefore, only 50% of the amount paid can be refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a gift card for the full amount paid, or transfer your spot to someone else.

If you chose to pay on location, you will receive a payment link by email to complete the payment online.

On the day itself
If something unforeseen happens shortly before or on the day of the workshop (e.g. illness), please contact Senang Jewellery as soon as possible to let us know you won’t be attending. You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.

Gift card refund conditions
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the case of partial use, the remaining balance will remain available within the original validity period. If the customer has received a gift card as compensation for a cancelled booking, this card cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.
