Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel
If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, you can cancel free of charge by contacting Senang Jewellery directly. You may also choose to receive a gift card equal to the amount paid.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the workshop, cancellation is no longer fully refundable. Please note that our workshops involve preparations and associated costs. Therefore, only 50% of the amount paid can be refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a gift card for the full amount paid, or transfer your spot to someone else.If you chose to pay on location, you will receive a payment link by email to complete the payment online.

On the day itself
If something unforeseen happens shortly before or on the day of the workshop (e.g. illness), please contact Senang Jewellery as soon as possible to let us know you won’t be attending. You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.

Gift card refund conditions
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the case of partial use, the remaining balance will remain available within the original validity period. If the customer has received a gift card as compensation for a cancelled booking, this card cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.
